Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • A return authorization must be obtained prior to sending items back

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, underwear & nightwear and swimwear (unless defective) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Our Customer Service: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request (see template below).
  2. Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  5. Processing: Once received, we will inspect your return and process within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is received
  • International returns may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
