Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Modern Clothing Shop purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item(s), you may return them within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations
  • Original packaging and all tags must be included
  • A return authorization must be obtained prior to sending items back

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Underwear & Nightwear
  • Swimwear

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return request. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return (product name, size, color)
  • Reason for return
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)

Step 2: Receive Authorization
We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the RMA number on your packing slip.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Processing Your Return

Once received, we will inspect your return and process it within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is received
  • International returns may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
